Regional Chambers' Mega Mixer

The Gates-Chili Chamber is co-sponsoring a MEGA MIXER with 18 other regional chambers. 

Join us for a productive and fun night of networking with businesses from around the Rochester area.  Hors D’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar is available. Come grow your business with us! 

In addition, you have the opportunity to show  your business off to over 300 attendees at the 2014 MEGA Mixer!

There will be a limited number of 8-foot display tables for you to display your business & products.

Each display table is $200. You may split the cost with another business but one of you must be the main registrant.  You will get an 8-foot display table, one chair and two registrations to the MEGA Mixer. Additional registrations must be made through the Rochester Business Alliance.

The requirements to reserve a table are as follows:

1. Table sign up begins at 9am on Thursday, March 27th and goes until the tables are sold out (29 available).
2. You must sign up online at the Greece Chamber of Commerce website, www.GreeceChamber.org. (Look for “MEGA Mixer” Display Table link on the homepage, you can view the page but not register until 9am on March 27th)
3. Credit card payments must be made at the time of reservation.
4. No refunds given after April 22nd, 2014.
5. Tables will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. You may share a table with another vendor, but one of your businesses must complete the registration online and pay in full.
