Appointed County Clerk on April 6\, 2004\, Cheryl went on to win her own four-year term in November 2004 and was re-elected by the people of Monroe County in 2008 and 2012.\n\n\nKnown for her hard work and determination\, Cheryl is dedicated to "rolling up her sleeves and getting the job done\," qualities she brings to the Office of County Executive.\n\n\n\nService to our community is important to Cheryl Dinolfo. She has also served in numerous community organizations including the Women's Leadership Council for United Way\, Advisory Committee to the NYS Office for the Aging\, Monroe Council for Elders\, CURE Childhood Cancer Association\, the Monroe County Bar Association\, NYS Odyssey of the Mind\, the Irondequoit Council of the Rochester Business Alliance\, and the Italian American Women's Civic Club. Cheryl has also served as a member of the National Kidney Foundation's Board of Directors.
