It is a food cupboard for families of students at Hope Hall who do not receive public assistance but need help to make ends meet\, especially at the end of the month. Here is Linda's story . . . .\n\nHope Hall has a very special place in their school called Linda's Cupboard which opened in October 2010. It is named for a beloved member of the Hope Hall Community who went to God on April 23\, 2010\, Linda Foster\, who was Sister Diana Dolce's sister.\n\n\n\nLinda headed the Development Department and wrote grants for Hope Hall for 10 years. She had a passionate desire to meet the physical as well as the educational needs of our children. An idea came to her in the middle of the night shortly before her passing. She told Sr. Diana that we needed to start a food cupboard for families who work hard but never have enough money at the end of the month to make ends meet. \n\n \n\nLinda's vision was to get many people who had "a little more" to give non-perishable food or items used by families every day (such as deodorant\, toothpaste\, soap\, napkins\, dish or laundry detergent)\, or to donate cash specifically that could be used to purchase these items. \n\n \n\nLinda's Cupboard is one more way of providing Hope for families. "We thank God for giving Linda the vision and for giving us Linda\, a magnificent woman. We thank all of you for helping us to keep the vision going those of you who are guests of the Cupboard and those of you keep the Cupboard full."\n\n \n\nSpecial thanks to Linda's mom\, Mrs. Betty Dolce\, and to her brother and brother-in-law\, Rob Dolce and Doug Lennox\, for all they do to keep Linda's Cupboard open and running carefully.
